"I couldn't believe it when I heard the sad news about Karolyn. We worked together at Complete until I moved on to a new job. For the last few months I worked there we sat opposite one another – what a privilege for me! During that time I feel I got to know her and could tell that she came from a stable, loving family. No matter how bad a day you were having, you could always count on Karolyn to cheer you up!
