Karolyn died at 12.45pm on Wednesday 25th May, 2005, at the
National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London after a short but devastating illness. The beautiful, beloved daughter of Bernard and Gill, and wonderful sister of Adrian and Stephen, she will live forever in our hearts.
